Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual assessment of the property. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment. Any changes in pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

Limitation of Liability

Alpine Roof and Gutter Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property during service, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions not visible during initial assessment, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
